  This is an interim review. Our Bosch washing machine has been stopping in mid-cycle. I called and was told someone would come this morning between 9 and 1.30. He came at 11.15, found the drain of the machine clogged up and cleared it, was paid £66.00. I put in some washing, found after lunch exactly the same problem, phoned the repairman who aid he would return to fix it. Then a call from the woman at M & B who told me there was no chance of his returning since he was going on holiday for the weekend, and would return sometime on Monday - she was unapologetic if not aggressive. That is not the tone to take with a customer who has had inadequate service. Michael Tanner
